Have macro patience AND micro impatience (move fast and just get started)

(1) Focus on controllable inputs > outputs.
(2) Dive deep on the five “why’s”.
(3) Build the ability to ask the right questions to root cause and spark debate.
Reminds me of Kobe's mental model: “The Mamba Mentality. The mindset isn’t about seeking a result — it’s more about the process of getting to that result. It’s about the journey and the approach. One of the things I enjoy about Bonsai is the reminder of Wabi Sabi:
Appreciating small traits of imperfection.
Notice the changes in things as they age.
Understanding that nothing is finished and that makes it beautiful.
