(2) Dive deep on the five āwhyāsā.
(3) Build the ability to ask the right questions to root cause and spark debate.
Reminds me of Kobe's mental model: āThe Mamba Mentality. The mindset isnāt about seeking a result ā itās more about the process of getting to that result. Itās about the journey and the approach. One of the things I enjoy about Bonsai is the reminder of Wabi Sabi:
Appreciating small traits of imperfection.
Notice the changes in things as they age.
Understanding that nothing is finished and that makes it beautiful.
