#1💡Communicating Leadership via Action
Have you seen this image? 🐺🐺🐺
I’ve seen it countless times on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
And I came across 2 things.
(1) According to the International Wolf Center, the wolf line-up description is not accurate. The TLDR interpretation is the wolves travel in a line to save energy while walking through the deep snow.
(2) This photo is not about wolves walking in the snow or a unique animal behavior. It is about leadership. Specifically, human leadership. More specifically, it symbolizes an effective way to visually communicate how to be a leader. People share this image because it turned a complicated concept (leadership) into an easy-to-remember (and fun) visual. 🧠 This was lesson #1 in my chat with the Smart People Podcast creators.
#2💡Surround Yourself with Positive-Sum Adventurers
Flabbergasted by people who do not understand this.
If you want to have a fun life, then be a positive-sum adventurer and surround yourself with positive-sum adventurers. 🧑🚀 🌌
If not, then don’t. 🤷
#3💡Why You Need to Experience Nature
Incredible what we can learn from nature. 🌊
Get out and immerse yourself with nature.
My wife and I visited the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience (in Seattle, WA) for the first time. It was great. Highly recommend. ✅ That’s where I found the Bruce Lee quote.
#4💡Action > Talk
Talk is cheap. Lead by your own example.
